Let's Make Choux Pastries: Free Cooking Class with Suzanne Corbett

  • Alliance Française de St. Louis 930 North McKnight Road St. Louis, MO, 63132 United States (map)

11/1 Update: We are completely booked! If you have not RSVP’d yet for this event, unfortunately, we are sold out. Please stay posted for future cooking classes!

Join us for a delightful evening of pastry making (and tasting!) as local award-winning writer, culinary teacher, and food historian Suzanne Corbett guides you through the art of making choux pastries. Light, airy, and versatile, choux pastries are a fundamental element in French baking, used to create delicious treats like éclairs, profiteroles, and cream puffs.

This event is free and open to our members and their guests. Space is limited, so RSVP is required to secure your spot. If you RSVP but can no longer attend, please kindly notify our office as soon as possible at 314-432-0734, so we can offer your space to someone else.

We look forward to seeing you there!
