Join us for a special evening celebrating the extraordinary life of Josephine Baker, the St. Louis-born performer, activist, and French Resistance hero.

This conference will be presented by Isabelle Heidbreder, Director of the Alliance Française de St. Louis and Consule Honoraire de France, and Laika Thomas, Office Director of the Alliance. Together, they will explore Baker’s remarkable journey from St. Louis to Paris, her influence on the arts, and her role in history.

Light refreshments will be provided by the Alliance. This conference is free and open to all members of the Alliance Française de St. Louis and your guests. Space is limited, and RSVP is required!
