AF USA à la Carte: Share Your Recipe to Be Featured in the AF Cookbook!

Get excited! Our friends at the Fédération des Alliances Françaises USA are publishing their very own cookbook, and you are invited to submit your original recipe for a chance to be featured in it.

Their cookbook project, entitled “AF USA à la Carte: Savoring France & Beyond - A culinary Journey Through French & Francophone Cuisine” seeks to showcase the diverse culinary traditions of France and French-speaking regions around the word. And they asking for members from every Alliance Française in the United States to submit their own recipes!

If you have a French or Francophone-inspired recipe that you would like to submit, we encourage you to do so, and we would love to see some representation from the Alliance Française de St. Louis in their official cookbook. The deadline to submit your recipe is June 30, 2025, and they anticipate having the cookbook available by October 2025.
